A workshop for men exploring beliefs and perceptions about masculine identity, gender, sexuality and intimacy. It considers possibilities for full and authentic expression of the masculine.

Practical exercises, taking men from the head into the body, reclaim sensitivity to our inherent sensual nature, encouraging a natural and enlivening flow of sexual energy. Connecting to the raw energy of our sexuality, we harness its power in our bodies and transform it in our hearts.

Stephen Tredrea is a practitioner in the art of conscious sexuality. His work includes sessions (with individual and couples) as well as workshops and retreats. He is based in Cape Town but teaches across the country.
