You are invited to join me for breakfast on the second Thursday of each month. The breakfasts are informal gatherings to openly discuss topics relating to love, relationship, sexuality and gender.

It's intended as a fluid conversation space so use the times indicated as outer limits - if you pop in for just a coffee between 08h30 and 09h15 that's perfect.

Suggestions for topics of interest are welcome.

RSVP to receive venue information if you are interested in attending; space is limited.

Any contribution for organisation/facilitation is most welcome.

Stephen Tredrea is a practitioner in the art of conscious sexuality. His work includes sessions (with individual and couples) as well as workshops and retreats. He is based in Cape Town but teaches across the country. Stephen has been working with awareness and sexuality for many years, more recently sharing this with others through the work he offers as a member of the Advait Tantra School: www.tantraschool.co.za
