This workshop provides you with a practical experience of Tantra, the art of sacred sexuality. Tantra sees sexual energy as vital life force, as an energy that can support your awakening into the truth of who you are, beyond personality and story.

In this workshop, we will be

1. activating vital life force or kundalini through breath work, movement and meditation, and then
2. guiding this raw energy up our bodies to enable its refinement through the chakras.

This workshop is an introduction to a central theme in Tantra.
