Description
Tantric sex is a practice of being more present in the full experience of love making, whether with yourself or with a lover. The goal is not orgasm but deepening intimacy and connection. It is not an exchange but a sharing of energy.
Techniques to assist with this include relaxing the body, slowing down, deepening breathing and practical exercises that assist in building sexual energy. These will be covered in this introduction to Tantric Sex workshop.
- It is open to individuals and couples of any sexual orientation.
- No prior knowledge of Tantra is required.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in.

Description
HOODWINX is currently an art gallery, a book library, as well as a cafe and bar with plans to start an independent cinema, a music library and an African street fashion section. It is created as a home for artists and creative South Africans to express their unique creative voice, as well as a space for the public to take ownership of and make it a Cape community art society. A standard will be set to ensure quality and excellence without being exclusive and elitist.
The space aims to attract book clubs, dinner clubs, poetry evenings, performances, conscious discussions and talks on various topics. It is set up to be used for book launches, art exhibitions, CD launches, showcasing fashion, films and poetry evenings, set in a space offering food and drinks.
