Those present at April's Living Tantra group all had some prior experience with Tantra. Intimacy seems to be a recurring theme and for me that relates to vulnerability. In the initial sharing I invited everyone to risk their vulnerability in what of themselves they expressed. All that was said and felt, whether challenges faced or sweet moments of joy, seemed to uplift the group and draw us closer together.

I have been training for 60 days to do the Two Oceans Half Marathon. Is it enough? I find out THIS SATURDAY.

I also decided to raise money for a worthy cause. Can I do it? Obviously I need your help. Let us make it: "Can WE do it?"

This is like a game. You can participate, have some fun and benefit AIDS orphans of South Africa. Take a moment to watch Jane McGonigal's TED talk on taking the value of games into solving real world problems. I don't know much about gaming but I enjoyed the possibility of and was inspired by what she said.

In March's Living Tantra I was joined by Shakti and we combined the evening with a workshop on sexual energy. The conceptual different between a typical genital orgasm which expels energy, and the raising of sexual energy so that it flows throughout and enlivens the body, was discussed. 3rd March, celebrates National Sexuality Day in America. The date is significant as it is the historical anniversary of The Comstock Act in 1873, America’s congressional censorship of sexual free speech. Our sexuality is an essential aspect of our being and is to be respected, enjoyed, rejoiced, shared and explored with curiosity and delight. It is a free and abundant gift and in celebrating it we honour ourselves. Wherever you are in the world, take this opportunity to acknowledge your sexuality with pride.
