3rd March, celebrates National Sexuality Day in America. The date is significant as it is the historical anniversary of The Comstock Act in 1873, America’s congressional censorship of sexual free speech. Our sexuality is an essential aspect of our being and is to be respected, enjoyed, rejoiced, shared and explored with curiosity and delight. It is a free and abundant gift and in celebrating it we honour ourselves. Wherever you are in the world, take this opportunity to acknowledge your sexuality with pride.
Later this month, on Saturday 27 March, we bring awareness and attention to sexuality in Cape Town with SexDialogue. SexDialogue is a meeting and conversation space for individuals who find personal expression of their sexuality in different interest groups and communities. It is an opportunity to meet others with an interest in sexuality from diverse areas, and an opportunity to share, experience and manifest a future where a healthy integration of sexuality is embraced, honoured and celebrated with the fullness of our potential as human beings.
February was an amazing month. I entered it powerfully with a lot of strength and have been met with equally confronting challenges. These span all areas of my life: the work I do, my relationship and my survival. Sometimes it wears me down and I'm reminded how important it is to develop self-compassion and nurture. For me this is partly taking personal space to bring attention back to myself, to rest, to relax and to listen to my inner-voice. As I do I feel the strength rise again. It is a time of transition and when I meet each challenge fully, without fight or resistance, I get the gift.

Death: clearing the old that's keeping me stuck. I'm letting go of my website business in its current form and new growth is already showing strong shots. I'm letting go of needing to be liked and accepted by those I care for.
-
Love: recognising what I love, allowing it to be expressed without condition and trusting that by following my heart I'm living exactly the life I want to live. It can be no other way.

You can read my training log progress which is updated regularly.
In the beauty of being,Stephen
